Project Description with Conditions listed:
Demolition of rear accessory shed and construction of rear accessory shed. The project is to be
completed as approved by the Historic District Commission during the public hearing on July 7,
2025, including the conditions below:
1) New Accessory Structure
a. No alterations shall be made to the historic stable structure during demolition and
construction of the new accessory structure.
b. The ridgeline of the new accessory structure shall be located below the existing
historic stable structure.
c. The exterior cladding material for the walls of the new accessory structure shall be
an exterior grade plywood.
d. A horizontal trim shall be located between the gable and wall area on the southern
elevation.
2) Zoning & Building Code
a. Project shall adhere to all applicable City of Little Rock zoning and building code
regulations.

POSTING OF COA ON PROPERTY DURING PROJECT: Pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Ordinance No. 22,338, a Certificate
of Appropriateness, or copy, shall be posted, available for inspection, and prominently displayed on the site of the work
at the front of the property to be seen from the street until the completion of the project.
COA EXPIRATIONS AND EXTENSIONS: Pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Ordinance No. 22,338, a Certificate of
Appropriateness shall expire and be considered null and void on the expiration date noted above. If an extension is
needed to complete work, please review terms of extension and expiration in Ord. No. 22,338 and contact Planning &
Development staff at least one month prior to the expiration date.
