The Little Rock Historic District Commission reviewed your application and proposal, HDC2025-009, at
the May 1, 2025 meeting. The commission approved, with conditions, your Certificate of
Appropriateness. The final vote was 6 ayes, 0 noes, and 1 absent. Please see attached draft Certificate
of Appropriateness for your project at 1016 McGowan Street. Please review this draft and confirm if the
COA reflects the full scope of your project. Once confirmed, Staff will then sign and send a copy back to
you for your records.
