Good morning, Tanner,
The information on the public notice letter is correct. Yes, you or the property owner will need to send out
the letter that is signed to surrounding property owners. Please send me a copy of the signed letter for
our records.
Thanks,

Let me know.

Good morning, Tanner,
I can accept the application packet and all submittal documents via email and/or you may deliver these
to our office at 723 W. Markham, Little Rock, 72201. You will also need to submit a filing fee payment of
$100 and pick up two public notice signs by EOD today. The filing fee can be paid in cash or check made
payable to Little Rock Planning & Development Department.
Apart from submitting the filing fee, picking up the public notice signs, and providing a signed
authorization of representation, you will need to submit a site plan showing the location of the proposed
ground mounted sign showing proposed setbacks from the property lines. You are welcome to use a
recent survey of the property for this purpose.
I have one questions so far regarding your signage proposal:
1. Will there be lighting installed for the wall mounted sign or ground mounted sign?
Thanks,
Hannah Ratzlaff

Good morning Hannah!
See attached. I am waiting on a notarized signature from the property owner, but I believe that is all I am missing.
Can you verify for me?
I will deliver the application to you by the end of the day. Where should I deliver this?
Thanks,
Tanner

Hannah,
That is great news! It gives me more time. I have the list of surrounding property owners in the works so I will
certainly have that in with the application. That is due by end of day Monday, correct?
I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Tanner

Good morning, Tanner,
I do have examples in our office of the completed certified mail materials. However, I am out of office
until Thursday at a conference and can send you images of those examples at that time. That being said,
you should not complete the certified mail materials until your application has been submitted,
accepted, and scheduled for a public hearing date. For submitting the application, regarding public
notice requirements, you will only need to provide the certified list of surrounding property owners. After
the application is docketed for a public hearing date, then you will have the necessary information from
staff to pursue the certified mailed public notice letters.
If you’d like, when you file your application and pick up the public notice yards signs, I can walk through
the certified mailer process in more detail with you.

Hey Hannah,
I am working on finalizing our application for the McGowan Flats signage. Do you have an example of a certified
mail that has been sent out? Just looking for some sort of template.
Thanks
