Hey Hannah,
I've attached the COA page and photos. In the photos, places around the trees will get new 4x4 posts, a significant
number of pickets will be replaced throughout, and bowed areas shown will need new support in addition to 4x4
posts.
About 50% of the fence will have some repairs be pickets or posts, and I believe as we work on the fence, we will
find more places that need to be replaced.
