Apologies for my delayed response. For some reason your emails went to the
spam folder. I’m glad I checked!
You are correct. All was approved with the conditions listed that required
commission-level approved. Updated drawings will need to be provided
incorporating the conditions of approval for our records. I’ve also attached
here a draft Certificate of Compliance of the remaining scope of work that
can be administratively reviewed and approved.

Hello Hannah,
The Application included more scope than mentioned in the
attachment. The COA does not reflect the full scope of the project. Or is all
is approved except for the Conditions listed which must be revised and
submitted?

The Little Rock Historic District Commission reviewed your
application and proposal, HDC2025-006, at the April 3, 2025
meeting. The commission approved with conditions your
Certificate of Appropriateness. The final vote was 5 ayes, 0
noes, and 1 absent. Please see attached draft Certificate of
Appropriateness for your project at 515 Rock Street. Please
review this draft and confirm if the COA reflects the full scope
of your project. Please also provide updated architectural
drawings incorporating any conditions of approval. Once both
are received, I will then sign and send a copy back to you for
your records for you to include in any relevant building permits.
