If you mailed the letter certified mail to the address provided
by the licensed abstractor, you are good to go apart from
providing the completed and stamped mail receipts to staff. If
the property owner has an incorrect address listed for their
property, that is on them. You do not need to try and find
another address.

Hi Hannah,
One was returned not deliverable yesterday. First National
confirmed it is correct as shown on the tax listing for the
property but may have found another address. We are past the
deadline, shall I try to send to the other address or have we
met the requirements?

That is the mailing address shown on the tax listing
for this parcel/tract (see 34L0200300600 attached).
The mailing addresses on this site are what we go by
once the legal ownership has been verified under the
property records. Addresses cannot be guaranteed
to be accurate.
However, I ran a quick search under Saxion
Enterprises on ARCountyData and found another
parcel in downtown Little Rock owned by them that
shows a different mailing address (see
34L0200313800 attached). Maybe this address can
be used?
