Hello Hannah,
Below is attached the Representation Affidavit and Drawings revised to include revisions based on the
Preliminary Application Meeting and comments from the City for compliance with ADA. FYI, the
handicap parking space narrowed but the loading zone is widened to allow passage between the ramp
and left (west) edge of the loading zone since the ramp is extended to maintain required slope of 1:12. I
am on my way today to submit the $100 filing fee and pick up a yard sign. I will request 2 signs since the
house is on a corner lot?
Is there anything else I must submit?

Just a friendly reminder that today is the COA filing deadline to be scheduled for the April
3rd HDC public hearing. To complete your filing, you or the property owner will need to
submit the $100 filing fee, cash or check, to the Planning & Development Department and
pick up a public notice yard sign by EOD today.

Good Morning Hannah,
Thank you for sending, very helpful! I will move the handicap striping as noted but I read it
can be either side of the parking space so no problem. Just thinking, a handicap driver
would be more in need.
We do want to be schedule for April 3rd COA so will provide by March 3rd. I have property
owners update.

Good morning, Ed,
Please see attached Design Review Committee comments from yesterday’s
Pre-Application Review meeting. I spoke with our Environmental Engineering
team and they reminded me that they provided a preliminary look at the ADA
ramp last year. See attached markup comments. They are looking into the
potential issue with the side entrance, and I’ll get back to you shortly.
If you would like to be scheduled for the April 3rd HDC public hearing, you will
need to submit the filing fee, pick up a public notice sign, and make sure you
are prepared for sending out public notice letters to surrounding property
owners within 200 ft via certified mail. The deadline for formally filing is
March 3rd to be scheduled for the April 3rdpublic hearing.

The meeting went very well. Good to hear the rear porch meets
requirements. Thank you Hannah for reviewing. Quick look, I think the south
entrance would meet ADA requirements the outside door is tweaked.
