As her our phone conversation this morning:
Ray and 1 have determined that, due to space constraints on the alley, we will be
instilling one double garage door on the garage for 1104 South Rock. The garage
for the apartments on Cumberland Street (on the alley across from the new
garage) is so much in the alley that the doors planned in our original presentation
would not allow an full sized automobile to make entrance.
The door will be of the same style as the ones approved and the opening will be
no larger than the combined single doors. As these doors will not be visible to
'lily street or property, I hope that there will be no problems with this change.
