Please see attached Planning Commission’s Action Letter for your item from the hearing on April 9,
2026. This item will be forwarded to the Little Rock Board of Directors for final action. The applicant or
their representative will need to be present at the Board of Directors meeting to address any questions
which may arise. The meeting date has tentatively been set for May 19, 2026 at 6 PM with the agenda
meeting being held May 12, 2026 at 4 PM. Both meetings will be held in City Hall at 500 West Markham. If
you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 501-371-4789.

Yes, you can pick up the signs at the same time you submit the filing fee. Most applicants do this in the
same visit.
