3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT
4 ONE MILLION, SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND, SEVEN
5 HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR AND 80/100 DOLLARS ($1,662,774.80) IN
6 AR-500 CONTINUUM OF CARE GRANT FUNDS FOR THE PROVISION
7 OF PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING RENTAL ASSISTANCE FOR
8 QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES; AND FOR OTHER
9 PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,the City desires to accept the transfer of One Million,Six Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand,
12 Seven Hundred and Seventy-Four and 80/100 Dollars ($1,662,774.80) from the People Trust Loan Fund,
13 for the provision of Permanent Supportive Housing Rental Assistance for qualified individuals and families.
14 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
16 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents with U.S.
17 Department of Housing and Urban Development to ratify the acceptance and transfer of One Million, Six
18 Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Seventy-Four and 80/100 Dollars ($1,662,774.80 in
19 AR-500 Continuum of Care grant funds surrendered by the People Trust Loan Fund to continue the
20 provision of Permanent Supportive Housing Rental Assistance for qualified individuals and families.
21 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 3. Repealer.All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
27 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
