3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH AMERICAN FIRE PROTECTION GROUP,
5 INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND,
6 THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE AND 62/100 DOLLARS ($72,321.62),
7 PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN
8 ADDITIONAL FALCON 3100 TRAILER SYSTEM, FOR USE BY LRPD'S
9 REAL TIME CRIME CENTER;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,it is essential that the Little Rock Police Department("LRPD")be equipped with reliable
12 tools and equipment ensuring officers in the field have access to crucial real-time crime data,CAD systems,
13 and video feeds; and,
14 WHEREAS,LRPD's Real Time Crime Center has a need for an additional mobile surveillance trailer
15 unit; and,
16 WHEREAS, vendor selection of American Fire Protection Group, Inc., to supply the Falcon 3100
17 Trailer System was made via Sourcewell Contract No. 121024-API pursuant to Little Rock,Ark.Resolution
18 No. 16,603 (February 18,2025);and,
19 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
20 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
21 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with American Fire Protection Group,
22 Inc., in the amount of Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-One and 62/100 Dollars
23 ($72,321.62), including shipping fees and applicable taxes, for the purchase of an additional Falcon 3100
24 Mobile Surveillance Trailer System.
25 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available in the Little Rock Police Department's Equitable
26 Sharing Justice Account No. 270529-72200-G351400.
27 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution, which shall remain in full force and
30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
31 resolution.
32 Section 4.Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
33 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

APi National Service Group and Western States Fire Protection are pleased to present the following scope of work
and proposal for the referenced property.
Scope of Work:
1. We have proposed on this project based on the information provided by the customer.
2. Standard working hours Monday through Friday 7:ooa-4:00p.
3. This will be a material sale only.
4. APi will deliver the mobile trailer to the customer.
5. Additional mobilizations caused by owner may need to be charged as a modification to this contract.
6. All materials are warranty for factory defects for a period of one year.
7. Any unforeseen delays in shipping,and supply chain shortages could result in scheduling adjustments
needing to be made.
