This memorandum serves as notice that the above -referenced property came before the
Little Rock Historic District Commission (LRHDQ at their 5 December public hearing.
The applicant requested approval of the LRHDC, as required by ordinance, to construct a
new office/studio building in the MacArthur Park Historic District. The applicant
presented the new construction and detailed exterior architectural elements. After
discussion, the LRHDC voted unanimously to approve conditionally the construction as
presented in the required drawings and elevations. The project is an excellent example of
the infill development in this historic district. You will find enclosed the Staff Report and
Recommendations as well as the COA application.
