6 10282), CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE 1,
7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
11 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1.The zoning classification of the following described property(see Exhibit A and Exhibit
13 B hereto)be changed from C-3,General Commercial District to PCD,Planned Commercial District:
14 Z-10282 -DESCRIBED AS ALL OF LOTS 1, 11 AND 12,BLOCK 6,AND PART
15 OF LOTS 2,3,AND 10,BLOCK 6,PLUNKETT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE
16 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS,AND ALL THAT
17 PORTION OF A 10-FOOT ALLEY(NOW CLOSED) LYING BETWEEN SAID
18 LOT 1 AND PARTS OF LOTS 2 AND 3 AND SAID LOTS 11 AND 12 AND PART
19 OF LOT 10: AN THE EAST ONE-HALF OF SCHILLER STREET (NOW
20 CLOSED) LYING WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 1 AND SAID
21 PART OF LOT 2 ALL BING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS

32 Section 2. The preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
33 Rock Planning Commission.

1 Section 3.The change in zoning classification contemplated for Saxion Enterprises-PCD located
2 at 2020 W.3rd Street(Z-10282)is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified
3 by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
4 Section 4.The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
5 Arkansas,and designated district map be and it hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
6 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
7 Section 5.Severability. In the event any title,section,paragraph, item, sentence, clause phrase, or
8 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
9 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
10 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
11 ordinance.
12 Section 6. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
13 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
