The Land Use Plan Map is amended from Suburban Office(SO)and Residential Low 14 Density (RL) to Mixed Use (MX) as shown in the attached graphic Exhibit A, following the described 15 territory below,also referred to as 6 Norton Road and 18511-18521 Cantrell Road: 16 4.8778 ACRES BEING A PORTION OF THE NW1/4 SW1/4 OF SECTION 14, 17 T-2-N, R-14-W, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; 18 MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT 19 THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE E1/2 NW1/W SW1/4 OF SAID 20 SECTION 14, THENCE N01°52'53"E-681.60' TO THE POINT OF 21 BEGINNING; THENCE N01°59'28"E-139.71'; THENCE N88°16'18"W-159.35' 22 TO A POINT ON THE EASTERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WAYWOOD 23 DRIVE; 'THENCE NO2°35'05"E, ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY, A 24 DISTANCE OF 292.88' TO A POINT ONTHE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY 25 OF HIGHWAY 10; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY THE 26 FOLLOWING: (1) S84°49'51"E-156.37'; (2) S86°17'17"E-104.66'; (3) 27 S81°17'36"E-104.83'; (4) S36°31'22"E-16.11'; (5) S83°02'01"E-131.03'; 28 (6)S77°27'09"E-64.42' TO A POINT ON THE WESTERN RIGHT OF WAY 29 LINE OF NORTON ROAD; THENCE S02°08'03"W,ALONG SAIDRIGHT OF 30 WAY,A DISTANCE OF 377.97'; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT OF WAY 31 ,N87°10'38"W-411.54'; BACK TO THE POINTOF BEGINNING. 32 Section 11. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 33 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or [Page 1 of 2] 1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 3 ordinance. 4 Section 12. Repealer.
