10 WHEREAS, Little Rock, Arkansas Ordinance No. 19,816 ("LRO 19, 816") was passed on
11 September 18, 2007, rezoning the Property located 13015/13017 Arthur Lane from R-2, Single-Family
12 District to PD-R,Planned District- Residential,establishing the Stuber—Short- Form PD-R; and,
13 WHEREAS,the property owner has requested that the PD-R be revoked and the prior R-2 zoning
14 be restored;and,
15 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission by a vote of eight (8) ayes, (0) noes two (2)
16 absent and one (1) open position, at its April 9, 2026, meeting has recommended that the Stuber— Short-
17 Form PD-R be revoked and the property be reclassified to R-2 Single-Family District.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
19 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
20 Section 1. That LRO 19,816 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
21 classification PD-R Planned District - Residential titled Stuber — Short-Form PD-R and the R-2 Single
22 Family zoning is restored to the property described as at 13015/13017 Arthur Lane to the City of Little
23 Rock, Pulaski County,Arkansas.
24 Section 2.The map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
25 Arkansas, and the designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
26 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
27 Section 3.Severability. In the event any title, section,paragraph, item, sentence,clause phrase, or
28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
31 ordinance.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
2 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
