Good afternoon, Joe,
I’ve received your COA application and cover letter. When you submit your filing fee of $100 and send the
list of surrounding property owners within 200 feet from a licensed abstractor, we will get you scheduled
for the next available public hearing date. The filing fee can be paid via cash or check at the Planning &
Development office at 723 W. Markham made payable to the City of Little Rock Planning & Development
Department.
There are two items within your scope of work that can be reviewed administratively: the replacement of
two existing HVAC units and the repair of the rear original wood transom window. Please see attached
draft Certificate of Compliance for these items. Please review this draft and confirm if the COC reflects
the full scope of your project regarding the rear transom window and rear HVAC units. Once confirmed, I
will then sign and send a copy back to you for your records.
The other items within your scope of work related to your application will go before the Historic District
Commission for review.
