Your application HDC2025-005 at 1420 Commerce Street will be heard before the Little Rock Historic
District Commission on April 3rd, 2025. The hearing will be held in the Board Room, 2 nd Floor, City Hall at
500 W. Markham. The hearing will begin at 4:00pm.
Your application will be item two on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in order for the item
to be heard.
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing aƯidavit, also found on page 6 in the COA application packet, for
the April 4th, 2025 Historic District Commission meeting. You are welcome to include your cover letter
alongside the notice as a courtesy to neighbors.
Please follow directions exactly when giving notice to all property owners through certified mail as stated
in the application packet on page 2-3. Your application file number is HDC2025-005. Notices must be
postmarked no later than Thursday, March 20, 2025 and please provide a photo of the public notice yard
sign at the front of the property visible from the public right-of-way by this date.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Planning & Development sta Ư no later than Friday,
March 28, 2025.
Signed and completed Notice of Public Hearing aƯidavit.
Green and white certified mail receipts (USPS Form 3800 proof of mailing), stamped by the
Post OƯice.
Certified list abstract list of surrounding property owners.
