I, Barry A. Burke, being duly sworn, depose and state; I have personally inspected the
structure located at 1020 Rock 5ti-ect on this 8th day of January 2007.
This building is extensively damaged by fire. In its present condition, the building
constitutes an immediate fire hazard to the community and is otherwise dangerous to
human life. This building should be removed or demolished as soon as possible for the
health, safety, and welfare of the community.
