This is a commercial building constructed of wood and masonry that has been extensively damaged by a fire. Basically there are four exterior walls remaining and some interior wood members. The exterior walls do show some visual signs of cracks and part of the southwest corner is completely missing. Also the front wall, which is elevated above the former glass windows, shows signs of downward pressure because of the lack of support and damage as a result of the fire. In view of all these conditions and also the recommendation of the Little Rock Fire Marshall's report (see attached), I have come to the conclusion that the structure should be razed and removed as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 371-4828. cc: Tony Bozynski, Director of Planning and Development Barry Burke, Little Rock Fire Marshall AFFIDAVIT STATE OF ARKANSAS) COUNTY OF PULASKI)§ CITY OF LITTLE ROCK) I, Barry A.
