Thank you for meeting with me on Tuesday. Enclosed is your Certificate of Compliance
on the repair of the fence on the north side of your house. You will need this COC when
you obtain your permit on the fence.
The Surveys call your house a "Vernacular Cottage," but the latest survey states that it
has a primary style of "Plain or Traditional" with a secondary style of "Queen Anne."
would call it a Queen Anne Victorian cottage.
