a) Repair fence on north side of property where hole is around tree stump.
b) Replace bottom rail and replace vertical picket boards with same size boards as existing.
c) Replace all trim boards on top of fence.
d) Warped and rotted boards may be replaced where needed.
e) Washing of the existing fence to blend the new boards with the old is permissible as is staining only the new b

another location, it will require a public hearing to obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness.
