Upon an initial review of your rezoning application for 3708 Garrison Rd. (Z-9815) from R-2 to AF, you will also
need to also apply for a Land Use Amendment from RL to A - Agricultural. Attached is an application for a Land
Use Amendment. The fee for a Land Use Amendment is $75.00 plus $10.00 for the Hearing Notification Sign.
Please bring the completed application and payment to the Planning and Development Department at 723 W.
