To summarize the outcomes of our discussion, the proposed amendment would include the following changes, as indicated on your sketch (attached):  Retention of the Park/Open Space (PK/OS) land use designation across Tracts 1, 2, and 3  Addition of a 100-foot PK/OS buffer along the eastern boundary of Tract 2  Amendment of the proposed zoning and land use designation changes for the remainder of Tract 2 to Office (O-2) and Mixed Use (MX) Please let us know if Mr. Pfeifer is supportive of these changes.
