Subject: LU2025-19-01 PC Action Letter, Minutes, & Next Steps
Good afternoon, Mr. Daters,
Please see attached Planning Commission’s Action Letter along with the draft Planning Commission
minutes for your item from the hearing on October 9, 2025. The finalized minute record will not be o Ưicial
until approved by the Planning Commission at their next scheduled meeting.
This item will be forwarded to the Little Rock Board of Directors for final action. You or your
representative will need to be present at the Board of Directors meeting to address any questions which
may arise. The meeting date has tentatively been set for November 18, 2025 at 6 PM with the agenda
meeting being held (Monday) November 10, 2025 at 4 PM. The meeting will be held in City Hall at 500
West Marham. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 501-371-4789.
That being said, we are still waiting on the updated site plan and legal description in text format to
prepare the item for the Board agenda.
