Good afternoon, Mr. Daters,
Thank you for your submission regarding the Land Use Plan Amendment for the properties generally
located at the southeast, northeast, and northwest corners of Cantrell Road and LaMarche Drive. We
have received your application, area plan, and cover letter.
To complete your filing, please submit or take action on the following items:
Filing Fee - $75
Authorization of Representation AƯidavit
Picking up the required public notice signs for each property from our o Ưice.
Once these items are received, I will send an email confirming the docketing of your application for the
next available Planning Commission agenda.
If you have any questions about the submittal requirements or the overall application process, please
