This is a courtesy reminder that the Land Use Plan Amendment case LU2025-19-01 is scheduled to be
heard before the Board of Directors for final action on January 20, 2026. The meeting begins at 6:00 PM,
with the agenda meeting being held January 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Both meetings will be held in City Hall
at 500 W. Markham. It is highly recommended that the applicant or their agent be present in case of
questions or discussion of the item. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
