Enclosed are the certified mail receipts for the 13 property owners that are within 150' of
my property. I have not received any return receipts to date, but will bring them to the
meeting.
Also enclosed is a copy of the certified list of the owners per American Abstract.
I've also enclosed a copy of the "Notice of Public Hearing" form that was sent via
certified mail. I faxed a copy to your office, prior to mailing them, on July 25, 2005.
I look forward to the meeting next week. I will also be bringing a copy of my real estate
tax bills as proof of ownership. Please let me know if I need to provide any additional
documents. I own the property outright, so there isn't a mortgage holder.
