We are requesting:
Enlarge existing garage door opening to accommodate 8' 6"garage door and 3'
exterior door.
Install new solid wood door and garage door — design replicated from old
commercial building — see photos. Actual design shown is approximate.
2. Replace existing fence on 11th street side (South) with 8' board on board fence with
brick piers. Piers replicated from NE comer 1 lth & Scott.
Includes planting/flower beds between each pier
3. Replace existing fence on North property line with 8' board on board fence.
4. Add slant roof porch to rear (West) of building (approx 10' x 30').
Install pair of 3'x 8' antique oak doors in new opening in brick.
Roof material — corrugated tin Posts — wood 4x4
5. Add awning over each pair of front (East) entry doorways.
Wood brackets — design replicated from old commercial building — see photo.
Roof material — metal standing seam
All materials and designs utilized will be appropriate for a commercial building of this
period.
