Enlarge existing garage door opening to accommodate 8'6"garage door and 3' exterior door. Install new solid wood door and garage door — design replicated from old commercial building — see photos. Actual design shown is approximate, 2. Replace existing fence on 11 `h scect side (South t with 8' board on board fence with Lorick piers. Piers replicated from !NE comer 11"' & Scott.
