Thank you for reaching out to the Little Rock Planning & Development Department regarding annexation
application A-350, which is scheduled for consideration at the June 12th Planning Commission meeting.
The agenda for this meeting—including all staƯ reports, graphics, and related materials—will be
available online by this afternoon or early tomorrow. You can access it at the following link:
https://www.littlerock.gov/city-administration/city-departments/planning-and-
development/commission-agendas/. Right now, the past agenda for May is posted and when the June
agenda is posted, it will say “June Hearing” in green. Just click the green text and it will open the agenda
in a separate window.
When the June agenda is posted, please refer to agenda item No. 7 for the A-350 staff report, which
includes supporting maps and graphics. If you have any further questions after reviewing the report, feel
free to contact me—I’m happy to assist. If you would like to make a written comment or written
statement regarding the item, please provide this no later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time
to lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated item name(s) or file number(s.) The
comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission.
