Mr. Timmis and Mr. Day:
The application for annexation has been received by the Little Rock Planning & Development
Department and has been docketed for the June 12th Planning Commission agenda. The
Planning Commission meeting will begin at 4: 00 PM and be located in the Board Room at
City Hall, 500 W. Markham Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The City will be contacting both external and internal agencies inviting comments on the
proposed annexation. These comments will be incorporated in the staff report presented to
the Planning Commission alongside the application materials. If you have any additional
information which you wish the City to include in our review of this request or to present to
the Planning Commission, please provide this as soon as possible.
There are two outstanding submittal documents related to this request that we understand
are being gathered for submission: the authorization of representation affidavits and the
signed Judge’s Order.
