Good afternoon, Logan and Bryan,
I received the requested documents. Please see attached letter regarding your annexation item
scheduled for the June 12th Planning Commission meeting. At this time, the only outstanding documents
needed are those previously discussed: the representation affidavits and the signed Judge’s Order.
The June 12th Planning Commission agenda with item staff reports will be posted online and available to
the public one week before the meeting, on June 5th. The staff report for your item will be sent to you both
in preparation for the meeting at that time.
Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the item or meeting, and in the meantime I will be
on the lookout for those remaining submittals.
Thanks,
Hannah Ratzlaff

Thank you - this is awesome news. We are working diligently on the process. I have copied Logan
Timmis on this email. He is compiling the package.
Logan can you work with Hannah to get her everything she needs by June 3rd?
Thank you all

Good afternoon, Brian,
We’ve reviewed the preliminary annexation application for the approximately 783 acres
generally located east of Fourche Bayou and north of Earl Lane in the Little Rock Port
Authority area. We would be happy to schedule this item for consideration at the Planning
Commission’s June 12th meeting.
We are missing several required documents to accept this as a complete application.
Please submit the below materials no later than June 3rd. If we do not receive the
3
complete documentation by that date, we will need to defer the item to the July 7th
meeting. If you’ve already submitted any of these materials to the AGIO or Pulaski County,
feel free to forward copies to us at your earliest convenience to help expedite our review
and agenda preparation.
Required Documents:
1. Petition for Annexation: A notarized petition signed by all property owners,
confirming their request for annexation.
2. Legal Description & Corrected Surveys: We’ve spoken with Joe White & Associates
and understand that corrections are being made to the legal description and survey
annotations. Once complete, I believe Joe White & Associates plans on sending
those over. Just want to keep you in the loop. We are also coordinating with AGIO on
this.
3. Title Verification: A letter from a certified abstractor or title company confirming that
the petitioners are the legal owners of record.
4. Contiguity Confirmation: A letter or verification from a licensed surveyor or engineer
affirming that the subject properties are contiguous with existing city boundaries.
5. AGIO Certification Letter
Lastly, please let us know what name you’d prefer for this annexation initiative. This will
serve as the reference name on the Planning Commission and Board agendas. I see the
project title as “Project Boar” on document titles but just want to confirm this before
setting the item for the agenda.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or would like additional
clarification.
Thanks,
