CI-2025-12 ORDER On May 14, 2025, a Petition for Annexation pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 14- 40-609 (the "Petition") was filed with the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas by the petitioners identified therein (the "Petitioners") who represented 100% of the owners of the Real Property (defined below) requesting that the Real Property be incorporated into the boundaries of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. On May 14,2025, the County Clerk and County Assessor of Pulaski County, Arkansas filed verifications recognizing (a) the identity of each Petitioner is verified by notarized signature to the Petition; (b) that each Petitioner identified within the Petition has attested that such Petitioner is an owner of applicable portions of the Real Property; (c) that the Petitioners collectively own one hundred percent (100%) of the Real Property for which annexation is sought; (d) that the Petitioners attached to the Petition a verification and confirmation of Quinea G. Rush, a licensed abstractor finding that ownership of the Real Property is collectively vested in the names of the Petitioners and that no ownership or interest in and to the Real Property is vested in any other person or entity; and (e) that the Petitioners attached the a certificate of Benson LeBoeuf, PLS, providing that the Real Property is contiguous to and adjoins the existing boundary of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and finding that the proposed annexation will not create and enclave if accepted by the City of Little Rock.
