Dear Betty,
On behalf of the Little Rock Historic District Commission (LRHDC), I am writing to notify you
that the windows on the front elevation of your structure do not comply with what was approved
by the LRHDC at their June 1998 meeting. According to the drawings you submitted and the
approved COA, the windows were to emulate those of the Bragg Cottage at 1003 Scott, in terms
of mullions, sills, surrounds and profile.
The LRHDC approved the plans according to the drawings that are presented and in good faith
that the proposed work will be executed accordingly. As part of the application process, the
Commission or its staff must be notified of any alterations from the approved design.
Consequently, you are requested to appear before the LRHDC at its next scheduled meeting on
Monday, 29 November at 5:00 p.m. in City Hall's Sister Cities Conference Room to present
