and declare such to be a nuisance.
The structure is Beverly dilapidated and has been
declared unsafe and unfit for human habitation by the
Department of Neighborhoods and Planning.
The structure in its present condition constitutes an
immediate hazard to the health, safety and welfare
th ofcitizens of this community, and in my opinion,
structure should be demolished and removed immediately to
eliminate the existing threat to human life.
