Jack Walsh Association's Historic Resources and Public Policy Committee discussed the application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of the Colonial BOARD of DmEc oRs Revival cottage located at 1006 Rock Street in the MacArthur Park Historic District. In the absence of information about the condition of the house and the reasons its Eric Spencer Buchanan owner wishes to demolish it, committee members voted not to make a Susan Gordon Gunter recommendation to the Historic District Commission. Sandra Smith Hochstetter Felton Lamb Meetings of the Historic Resources and Public Policy Committee are held at noon Robin Loucks Jim McKenzie on the last Tuesday of each month. This meeting time was chosen to give Carl Menyhart committee members an opportunity to review and make recommendations on items Wally Nixon that will be heard by the Historic District Commission on the first Thursday of the Beth Peck -Cooper following month. However, in order to make recommendations, committee Patsie Rogers members need access to the full "agenda packet" that is received by members of the Merle Smith Historic District Commission prior to a hearing. If necessary to make certain the agenda packet is available, Historic Resources and Public Policy Committee ExEan vE DREcrm meetings can be rescheduled, but members of the committee prefer riot to make Cheryl Nichols recommendations without seeing the same information that goes to the Historic District Commission.
