In the absence of information about the condition of the house and the reasons its

Meetings of the Historic Resources and Public Policy Committee are held at noon
Robin Loucks
Jim McKenzie

Carl Menyhart
committee members an opportunity to review and make recommendations on items
Wally Nixon
that will be heard by the Historic District Commission on the first Thursday of the
Beth Peck -Cooper
following month. However, in order to make recommendations, committee
Patsie Rogers
members need access to the full "agenda packet" that is received by members of the
Merle Smith
Historic District Commission prior to a hearing. If necessary to make certain the
agenda packet is available, Historic Resources and Public Policy Committee
ExEan vE DREcrm

Cheryl Nichols
recommendations without seeing the same information that goes to the Historic
District Commission.
Sincerely,
