I, Barry A. Burke, being duly sworn, depose and state: I have
personally inspected the structure located at )604

is severely dilapidated. In its present condition,- the building
constitutes an immediate fire hazard to the co==nIty and is otherwise
dangerous to human life. This building should be removed or
demolished as soon as.possible for the health, safety,, and welfare of
the 'community.
