Dear Mr. Polk:
I am writing regarding the removal of the house
owned by Mr. & Mrs. Michael Preble on Rock Street
in the One Thousand Block.
I heartily approve of the removal of the house. It's
condition does not lend itself to repair and is definitely
a danger to the houses around it..
My son Kevin Deislinger and I are in the process of
buying the property at 1000 Rock Street, and the condition
and proximity of the house in question -Are a very real
concern to us.
