My staff has reviewed the above referenced proposal and, although our office encourages
the rehabilitation and re -use of historic structures, we understand that the house at 1006
Rock has deteriorated to such an extent that rehabilitation and/or mothballing is not
economically feasible. We therefore have no objection. to the removal of this structure.
