Dear Mr. Polk:
Enclosed is a packet of materials that I would like distributed to the
members of the Historic District Commission in their agenda packets. The packet
contains, in essence, a history of the house as it pertains to my request for
demolition.
To facilitate distribution, I have enclosed a packet for each member, as well
as five additional copies. I have done so in order to assure the quality of the
reproductions of the halftones that appear as photo -documentation.
In order to facilitate understanding of its contents, I have offered to provide
access to the structure by appointment during selected hours on June 27-30. 1
offer this opportunity because I believe it is critical that any request for demolition
involve on -site inspection, particularly of the interior.
I look forward to seeing you and making the presentation on July 2.
