I have been familiar with the situation regarding 1006 Rock Street since I
have been a resident at 1020 Rock Street for the past 5 years.
Given my history and experience as a property owner and renovator of seven
historic properties, I am convinced that 1006 Rock should be demolished.
As a neighbor on the same block, I support its removal for the betterment of
our neighborhood and to put a once elegant and graceful structure out of its
misery.
