3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 2,2026,AS THE DATE OF HEARING ON
4 THE REQUEST TO ABANDON APPROXIMATELY 103.7 LINEAR FEET
5 OF THE 60-FOOT WIDE "T" STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED
6 IMMEDIATELY WEST OF WATT STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
7 ROCK,ARKANSAS(G-23-499);AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the city clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon approximately 103.7 linear feet of the 60-foot wide "T" Street right-of-way located immediately
11 west of Watt Street. See Exhibit A.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
13 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
14 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be
15 held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in City Hall,2nd Floor Board Room,
16 500 West Markham Street,Little Rock,Arkansas,at six o'clock on June 2,2026.
17 Section 2.The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
18 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
19 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
20 Section 3.Severability. In the event any title,section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause,phrase, or
21 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
24 ordinance.
25 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
26 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
