3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 2, 2026, AS THE DATE OF THE PUBLIC
4 HEARING REGARDING THE PROPOSED USES OF THE 2026 CDBG,
5 HOME, AND HOPWA FUNDS FROM THE UNITED STATES
6 GOVERNMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, as a federal regulatory requirement, a public hearing must be conducted regarding the
9 proposed uses of 2026 CDBG, HOME, and HOPWA Entitlement Funds which the City anticipates
10 receiving from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development;
11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1: The public hearing regarding the proposed uses of 2026 CDBG, HOME, and HOPWA
14 Entitlement Funds will be held at six o'clock on the 2'day of June 2026 in the Board Room at City Hall,
15 500 West Markham,Little Rock,Arkansas, or as soon thereafter as the hearing appears on the agenda.
16 Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner described
17 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
18 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
