The City of Little Rock Historic District Commission recently met and your property located at
1009 South Rock Street was discussed. At January 3, 2003 meeting, your driveway, sidewalk
and landscaping was approved with the condition that the work would be completed within (60)
sixty -days.
This notice is to inform you of your non-compliance with the Certificate of Appropriateness
issued o n January 3, 2 003. T he Little R ock H istoric D istrict c ommission w ill h old a s pecial
hearing on Thursday April 17, 2003. You or your designated representative must be present to
discuss the non-compliance. The hearing will begin at 5:00 pm in the Sister Cities Conference
Room, City Hall 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock AR 72201.
