Project Description with Conditions listed: a
1) Fencing Repair/Replace.
a) Remove chain link fence and or gates along alleyway at a later date, if desired.
b) Install wooden fence along east side of paved driveway.
2) Driveway
a. Convert grass area to driveway on north side of garage/barn along east side of alley.
b. Driveway to accommodate vehicle parking in garage/barn entering from north.
c. Driveway to be roughly the same width as the garage doors into the garage/barn.
d. Placement of driveway not to be farther east than the door of the garage/barn and curve toward
alley flaring into a width no greater than the space of the current double gate.
e. Driveway may be paved in pervious pavers, brick, or pervious block.
