SUBJECT: Permit for 1014 Rock
This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission (LRHDC) allowing the property owner and/or contractor of 1014 Rock (located
within the MacArthur Park Historic District) permission to obtain a roofing permit. General
routine maintenance is allowed within the local ordinance historic district with a Certificate of
Appropriateness, which has been administratively approved. As such, and meeting all city,
building and health regulations, the application for a roofing permit is to be approved. Should
the work be more extensive and require additional approval from the LRHDC, the applicant is
aware of the requirements.
