Dear Bill,
In an effort to tend to documentation and to add further encouragement to the project
on the northeast corner of 10th and Rock streets, I am enclosing the signed Certificate
of Appropriateness (COA) that was voted on and approved by the Little Rock Historic
District Commission at their 1 October 1998 meeting. The conditions of approval are
attached and are taken from the draft minutes.
The presentation went quite well, and the commission is excited about the project. As
staff and a neighbor, Dr. Hearne's project is complemented by your expertise and
sensitivity; the apartments surely will benefit the neighborhood and attract new
residents to our part of the world. Should the project require additional approval or you
need clarification, by all means call me at 244-5420.
