MEMORANDUM
TO: Historic District Commissioners

RE: Special Meeting
A special meeting of the Commission has been called to consider the request
of Mrs. Arnold Duffy for a Certificate of Appropriateness for an addition to the
structure at 809 Rock Street. This case was discussed informally after the
last Commission meeting and suggestions were made on how to improve the
original design. Attached are copies of a new design for this addition
which incorporate these suggestions.
The meeting will be held in the Board of Director's Conference Room on the
second floor of City Hall at 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February-l9, 1986-.
The agenda will be the same as that for the February 6th meeting. Please plan
to attend if at all possible.
