I am planning to rake 309 rock titreet
into a tvio apartaent private residence

brick built about 1890 on a 55'x 150'
lot with a storage building in the rear.
It had a wooden annex on the south side
that started deteriorating and falling
aviay from the brick structure, so I had
it torn down for the purpose of rebuild-
ing it as an extra room for the first
floor apartment and a porch deck for the
second floor. The extra roofa on the first
floor will be ay dau-hter's library and
hobby room.
I do not intend to change the architect-
ural style of this property in an,;r way.
hen the work is finished, it should he
a beautiful addition to this area.
