TO: HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS

OFFICE OF COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
SUBJECT: 809 ROCK APPROVAL AND MARCH MEETING
Enclosed is a draft letter of approval for the application
at 809 Rock Street. If at all possible, I would like to
receive any changes or additions from those Commissioners
voting on this matter by Friday, February 28th so that I can
get the letter out to Mrs. Duffey as quickly as possible.
There will not be a meeting in March as no applications have
been filed.
